Destiny Sober Living is a non-profit 501(c)(3) behavioral health agency licensed by the State of Arizona to provide residential treatment. The agency has been in operation since 1997 as a group home and decided to transition into a Level II residential agency to provide education and treament for the underserved in the community.

Services offered at Destiny include general mental health counseling for adults, intensive treatment for substance abuse related issues for adults, psychiatric and medication monitoring services, serious mental illness (SMI) habilitation programs, SMI residential facilities, substance abuse resedential treatment housing, and transitional housing.
